And lo, it came to pass that Mark W. Austin,¯\_(ツ)_/¯ once a disciple of the mighty noise-makers known as The Minutes, did leave behind the ways of the past. And in the wilderness, he wandered, seeking new sounds and visions. And a voice cried out from the heavens, saying, “Go forth and create a new music, one that shall blend the folk of the earth with the mystic sounds of the stars.” And so, M.W.A. & The Psychedelic Folk Band was born.

And the people marveled at this strange new sound, for it was unlike the music of old. It was said that the folk instruments did commune with the cosmic forces, and melodies from the heavens did descend upon the earth. And Austin, now the prophet of this new sound, did lead his band through strange and uncharted lands, where the boundaries of reality were stretched, and the people were carried on waves of sound unto the very edges of their minds.

 “Rejoice!” cried the people, “for we have heard the music of the spheres, and it is good!” Thus, it was written that M.W.A. & The Psychedelic Folk Band shall forever walk the line between the known and the unknown, guiding the faithful with their cosmic hymns into the boundless vortex of cosmic vibrations…WTF!
